Dawn and Kevin have been absolutely awesome! They do excellent vacation rental cleaning and handle other tasks such as stocking paper and cleaning products and placing them in the home on turnovers for new guests. They have also helped with other non-cleaning tasks such as assembling a gas grill and other details that former cleaning companies said "they don't do".
We also depend on Dawn for advice on vacation rentals based on her experience.
We keep a Google calendar for the rental and Dawn's crews are always there on time. We have not had one complaint from guests since we hired Vilano Quality Cleaning Service.

Also, their rates are better than any of the other so-called "professional" companies we stopped using before finding Dawn.

I have had them as my cleaners for over 6 years. I cannot say enough good things about them! The owners are very nice, professional, responsive, dependable, trustworthy, and just all around good people. They do an excellent job cleaning and I look forward to them coming each time! Prior to having them, it seemed like I was going through cleaners every few years. Past cleaning companies would start off ok, but then the quality would go down over time. I have never had that issue with Vilano Quality Cleaning. They have maintained high quality and dependability over these past 6 years. It is hard to find good people that do a good job that you feel good about having in your home. I found that with these ladies and am so thankful for them and highly recommend them!!

We own two vacation rental homes in Ponte Vedra Beach. We have been using Vilano Quality Cleaning since 2018 and have had a great experience over the years. We greatly appreciate their continued support as we live four hours away and couldn't do it without them. The team takes care of our houses in so many ways beyond just cleaning. Aside from the usual post-checkout cleanings, they've done many add-on services for us such as a periodic deep cleaning, minor repairs, cleaning/sanitizing/draining/refilling hot tubs, disposing of trash, moving trash cans to and from the street, hanging new mirrors/signs/etc., changing out old light bulbs, getting rid of rusty bbq grills/beach chairs, among other things. They also do a great job of sending us lots of photos if there is damage/issues/etc. left behind by renters. When you consider all of the things that they can do for you under one umbrella, this company provides a ton of value that goes well beyond just cleaning your house or business. Dawn, Kevin, and Shaun are good people and run a quality cleaning service just like the name says. Thank you so much for all your help!
